Croatian Urgent Medicine and Surgery Association was formed by the surgeons, anesthesiologists, internal medicine, ambulance service physician and medical technicians who are instructors of international courses like : ILS, BLS, ALS, APLS, EPLS and ITLS.
Members of our society are to be involved in a urgent medicine and surgery, traumatology, reanimatology, intensive and prehospital care, intensive care, military and disaster medicine, injury prevention or in a areas relating to the above. Croatian Urgent Medicine and Surgery Association is not-profit organisation register in Registry of Societies of the Republic of Croatia.
We are institutional member of European Society for Traumatology and Emergency Surgery - ESTES, European Society for Emergency Medicine - EuSEM

We want to make a concious influence for a particular purpose - improving and develop optimal medical care system for a urgent patients.We choose our profession and our responsibility for a patient care in all conditions, under stress, with no compromise to give best medical emergency care that we can. Good emergency prehospital and hospital medical system, practice and knowledge make a difference between life and death, invalidity and complete recovery, life of productivity and life of destitution and welfare.

We are operating as a co-ordinated body of collective wisdom, experience and professional knowledge to create values with limited resources.
